We are detecting the whiff of fear in the Roskam campaign. Why else in the world would they erect a website that showcases Obama voters who are rushing out to vote for Republican Peter Roskam. Here it is on Hardball.

“First of all, I’m a member of the mutual admiration society for Peter Roskam,” Obama is prominently quoted as saying on the Web site’s home page. “He is terrific.” The quote from Obama comes from 2004, when he and Roskam were serving together in the Illinois state Senate.
We need Senator Obama to Endorse Jill Morgenthaler, publicly, loudly, on the record, from where ever he is campaigning. Today, Tomorrow, He just has to say it to the press.

After a hearty laugh, the sense of outrage has welled up in me. How dare this dude try to ride Obama's coattails? John McCain must be so proud. Not only is Palin throwing him under the bus, but Roskam is capitulating too!
We need Biden, or Obama just to mention this, to mention Jill's name. Not only has Roskam run a dirty campaign, now he is trying to ride the Obama wave. Please email The Senators, their campaign and tell your friends. We need to get some traction on this immediately.
